A.The passion to create avenues for changing the way America has allowed itself to be presented to the world. To harness and proliferate the means to alter how we interact with ourselves, our neighbors and the Natural world. To empower the development of Natural capitalism as a means of engendering these changes. Q.World’s best at. What if anything, do we wish to be best at? A.To be management of resources by development of linear growth in the area of project management. This should be accomplished thru use of ingenuity and application of a management system that includes a biofeedback method of continual self improvement. Q.Economic Generators What purposes and associated alignments can become “leveraged economic accelerators?” A.This is a good question to be asked and answered! We should create an investor suitability form. Also SEND needs to create a means for investment in individual projects not into SEND itself. By adapting this strategy we will effectively create a firewall. The Company needs this insulation for a number of reasons. SEND needs to be insulated from investor interference in its core mission. Part of that mission is the ability to objectively manage various projects. One way to accomplish this is by SEND receiving a percentage for its management of each project above and beyond expenses billed to that project. Each project has its own balance sheet and methods of accountability. Then each project is then free to procure investment capital in ways best suited to achieving its goals. So if someone wants to invest in SEND they really can’t do so directly. They will be “channeled” into choosing a project or projects. Meddling by outsiders can than be contained within each project and hopefully minimized there. This is not to be construed as being anti- constructive criticism only to deflect hostile maneuvering. More Objectively this would empower people, by allowing them some control over how their money is spent. They may not wish to invest in other projects SEND is managing. This could be for any number of reasons.

Associated Alignments 1.21st Century Digital Learning – a local Non-Profit repository and bridge for educational outreach to procure public trust and goodwill. Also to establish SEND as an organization that can effectively appreciate, develop and utilize all forms of Natural capital mainly Human creative potential . Also an avenue to fund aspects of business not easily quantified in a traditional payback analysis for private investors looking for a verifiable return in monetary gain.
2. Lawrence Technical University - a local university that has shown an interest in the Hydrogen economy thru the efforts of Dr. Robert Fletcher . Also Frank E.P. de Hesselle, program coordinator for LTU of multi cultural services and student activities has stated a willingness to communicate our offer to collaborate with the following foreign universities. Frank speaks 6 or 7 languages fluently Including those of Iceland ,Denmark, Saudi Arabia and …? He also has a proven interest in developments of renewable energies such as development of the hybrid vehicles. 3. University of Iceland - has a mission statement of transforming their fishing fleet from a fossil fuel based to a hydrogen based utilization for their propulsion and other prime mover engines They have repeatedly put out a call for collaboration. (Supporting documentation upon request) 4. University of Denmark – they are working on advanced forms of hydrogen storage in pill form with a basis of Ammonia. Need to approach them to discern potential for collaboration. 5. Michigan State University - a research university that has some interesting programs that could utilize ammonia to enhance (double) the ethanol extraction from switch grass and other plant based fuels for ethanol. Good example of closing the resource loop. SEND could prove out the ability to manufacture biofuels by potentially using all renewably derived component processes. (This is of course a main component of SEND’s vision and Mission Statements) 6. Private or public entities - Industrial partners and or customers that are willing to hire SEND to prove out concepts and see projects realized from inception thru manufacture. managing every aspect including theory, design, product development, testing, technical writing, manufacture and advertising or public relations. Or any part thereof.
